What is CoB?
CoB is a system where every single e-Bulgaria citizen is welcome to work for. Every worker for CoB is paid the minimum wage, yet CoB products are evenly and fairly distributed among its workers. CoB seeks no profit when products are distributed to the members. CoB's main aim is avoiding labor exploitation in eBulgaria. You'll take what you exactly deserved while working in CoB.
Structure of CoB
CoB is open to all members of all parties even their political view differences. Every CoB member has the right to join the MSN chat group for CoB. Every decision on CoB is taken at online meetings in the designated chat group where every member has the right to vote and make proposals.
CoB's capital is composed of products and donations. You are welcome to donate to CoB for support. However, our members do not have to, and are not forced to make donations at any time.
The Duties of CoB Coordinator
The coordinators' main duties are keeping CoB companies active, coordinating their production chain and distributing the products among CoB workers. (Recent coordinator is Utku Akin) Coordinators have no right to make decisions on CoB's behalf, and they have to report every action taken for CoB. You can check those reports from CoB's Twitter page.
Coordinators' responsibilities also include; distribution of food, weapon, gift and moving tickets to CoB workers, optimization of productivity by making sure that an appropriate number of members works for each company, supervision of workers' wellness levels and amelioration of those whose wellness is under 40, market research for lowest house prices and distributing the purchased houses in the light of decisions made at online meetings, provision of raw material and capital for CoB companies from CoB resources, announcement of CoB meetings and decisions..
CoB Workers
A CoB worker knows that he will never starve and will be provided with weapons, gifts, moving tickets if needed. By using the form provided (links given in the section below), he may make request for any extra item needed.
Every worker has a right to speak at the meetings, and no distinction and discrimination is made among members based on skill, level etc.
CoB workers are responsible for following the announcements in CoB's News and in the shout box of Commune of Bulgaria organization. The workers are expected to understand that coordinators are already overwhelmed with work and will not send private messages to every single worker of CoB.
CoB workers are expected to fight in wars so that they will maximize their wellness at the end of the day and work with the highest wellness level possible to maximize production.
How to Become a CoB Worker
The only thing you need to do is to complete the form below and wait for an CoB ID number assigned to you by the coordinator. This ID number is of utmost importance since you will need it for any CoB businesses. You should not lose of forget this number. After you get your number, you can contact the coordinator to learn which company you will work for.
